How this page is measured

An external monitor probes every service every 30 seconds from a separate network, so an outage on our own infrastructure cannot hide itself. A service counts as operational when it answers — including an authentication gate replying 401, which proves the application is alive. Percentages are computed from recorded probes only; a service added recently will show fewer checks until its history fills.
